Q. Do you offer same day delivery?
We need 48 hours to process and complete your order. Same day delivery is possible if we are able to work it in our production schedule. Please call and we will be happy to see what we can do to accommodate you.
Q. Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Q. Do you deliver to hospital patients?
Yes, we deliver to both St. Lukes and Essentia Health Hospitals which are located in Duluth, MN.
Q. Can you deliver to a PO or APO Box?
Sorry, perishable items cannot be delivered to a PO or APO Box.
Q. What are the shipping options?
We use two providers currently.
- United Postal Service which takes 2-3 business days.
- Speedee Deliveries which covers the following states: MN, WI, IL, IA, ND, SD, NE and a small part of MO. These shipments take 1-2 business days depending on the shipping location.
**Note: April 1st – October 15th. We will package your gift with special care using insulated bubble wrap along with ice gel packs. It is necessary to package your order in this manner, due to unforeseen heat in many areas of the country.
Q. What is a Business Day?
A business day is Monday thru Friday with the exclusion of any holidays. Saturday, Sunday and any National holidays are NOT considered business days.
Q. When does my order need to be placed to ship on the same day?
Same day shipping is possible only if we are able to work it in our busy production schedule. We encourage you to call us at 218-724-2000 for this option to determine if we are able to honor your request.
Q. Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We will deliver to our local area on Saturdays only. Our local delivery area is Duluth, MN. To ensure freshness of your order, we do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, as parcels do not move on the weekends.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
Ground shipping is the most economical way to ship your gift. Depending on the location where your gift will be arriving it will be $12.95 using Speedee delivery areas or $19.95 flat rate across the remaining states where Speedee does not carry. We will happy to provide a estimate arrival time for you, simply give us a call at 218-724-2000.
Q. Why is Air Shipping so expensive?
Shipping charges are based upon the size of the shipping box and weight. The price of shipping is determined by each carrier.
Q. If I order more than one item, is there a discount on shipping?
Unfortunately, our shipping charges are per gift because we normally can not fit more than one item in a shipping box. Each shipping address will be charged separately for the shipping fee.
Q. When will my recipient receive their gift?
Each of our gifts made right at our bakery. We will provide delivery dates based on the destination zip code. Shipments and deliveries can only be made on business days (non-holidays Monday-Friday). United Postal Service which takes 2-3 business days.
Speedee Deliveries which covers the following states: MN, WI, IL, IA, ND, SD, NE and a small part of MO. These shipments take 1-2 business days depending on the shipping location.
Q. Are the delivery dates guaranteed?
Ground shipment delivery dates are not guaranteed. Next day air shipments are guaranteed to arrive by the next business day afternoon. If an air shipment is late, we will issue a credit for the shipping cost.
Q. What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address for my recipient?
PLEASE be certain of your address before ordering. We pass along the carriers fee of $10 for the correction, which will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge. Unfortunately, the gift will probably not get to the destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering.
Make sure that you include apartment or suite numbers if applicable – the carriers will charge the $10 fee for this as well. If a gift is returned to us because of an address problem, you will be given a call to determine the next steps you would like us to take.
Q. Does USPS or Speedee require a signature for delivery?
Gifts that are sent to businesses require a signature. Gifts being shipped to residential addresses are normally delivered with no signature required. At the driver’s discretion, he/she will either leave the package in a safe place at the home or leave notice of the delivery attempt with contact information. We assume no responsibility for the packages that are left.
We may, at our discretion, may require a signature depending on the temperatures in a particular geographical area.

Q. How do I find out the status of my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail as soon as the shipping label has been printed if your package is shipped by USPS. Otherwise, please feel free to call us at 218-724-2000 or toll free at 877-724-2088 and one of us will be happy to help you.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not be processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it for you.
Q. Will the cookies break during shipping?
We guarantee 100% crumble-free delivery. They will not crumble or break under normal circumstances. Each of our cookies is individually wrapped and placed in our signature box with satin ribbon. We carefully package them in a shipping box with bubble wrap and/or kraft paper. Our cookie bouquets are arranged and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before we place it in a shipping box. Insulated boxes and ice packs are used from April – October for nationwide shipments to prevent our chocolate designs from melting.
Q. Can you personalize cookies?
Yes, we can personalize cookies for you, there will be a small additional $.50 per cookie charge.
Q. What is considered a custom design?
Custom designs are any design that is beyond our standard designs listed on our website. At this time, all custom designs are free-handed designs and we do our best to get as close as possible to your request and color selection.
Q. How will my gift look when it arrives?
The gift photos shown on line are accurate depictions of what your gift will look like when your recipient opens his/hers package. Our gifts are either packaged in a designer box with a bow or cookie bouquets are arranged like a flower arrangement in on of our standard mugs, and wrapped in a cellophane bag and finished with a bow. We then wrap it in bubble wrap for it to arrive safely to it’s destination.
Q. What if I receive something that I am not satisfied with?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with an item please call or email us as soon as possible. It is important to us that we make it right for you! We would need your and we will provide a solution to fix the problem. Problems must be reported to us within one week of shipment receipt in order for this guarantee to be valid.
- If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the gift cost. (excluding shipping charges)
- If there is a problem with an individual perishable component, we will send you a replacement for that component.
- If your guaranteed air shipment arrives late due to a delay with our shipping carrier, (UPS), you will be credited the amount of the entire cost for shipping.
- Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Your order will be repeated at it’s entirety at the time of placing your order to ensure we have the correct information by phone. Please carefully review your on-line information before you submit your order.
Q. I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses. What is the easiest way to do this?
Currently, the best way to place a large order with multiple addresses is to call us at 218-724-2000 and we will be happy to help you with your order.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept a variety of credit cards including Discover, Master Card, and Visa. For Visa and Master Card, the credit card must be issued in the US in order for us to process and accept your order. We also accept money orders, cash, or local personal checks only.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
Since we utilize real-time credit card processing, we will debit your card at the time of ordering.
Q. Do you offer corporate discounts?
We do offer corporate discounts. Please call us at 218-724-2000 for more information.
Q. Can you invoice me?
We require individuals to use a credit card to make a purchase. If you are ordering for a company, we can set up a corporate account and extend credit once you have completed corporate account application (subject to approval). It usually takes a few weeks to review the application. Please call or email to request an application and we will be happy to send you one.

The phones are open from 9:00am -5:00pm CST to place your order.
Q. What are your store hours?
Currently, our local store hours are from Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Sunday – closed

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our handmade cookies. Every order is rolled, out individually cut, baked fresh and designed per your request.
Q. Do you use frosting or royal icing on your cookies?
We only use the finest Chocolates to design all of our cookies. It is generously enrobed in chocolate and then we use the same chocolate to design our sugar cookies.The colors you see are our white chocolate that color is added.
Q. Your cookie arrangements are beautiful, but do they really taste good?
We only using natural and use only the freshest ingredients to provide you with the best tasting cookie possible. Check out our testimonials.
Q. Do you have sugar-free cookies?
At this time, we do not offer sugar-free decorated cookies.

Q. Do your cookies contain peanuts or other possible allergens?
We are a nut-free bakery!
Here are the ingredients with all the possible allergens which some people cannot tolerate: Enriched unbleached flour(Wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine momonitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Butter,(cream and salt), Eggs, pure vanilla extract. Chocolate (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernels and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa-processed with alkali, cocoa, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin), salt, Colored chocolate (Soy lecithin, propylene, glycol, FD&C Red #3, Yellow #5 Lake, Blue 1, or Black Lake, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oil), pure vanilla extract. Contains: WHEAT, EGGS, MILK, SOY. May have trace amounts of tree nuts or peanuts.
Q. How long will your cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. (unless other time has been quoted) For the best taste experience, we recommend eating your cookies within 7 days of receiving them. Our cookies refrigerate and freeze well. Simply place the individually wrapped cookies in a ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3-4 months you’re your cookies well and they’ll remain fresh for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
Q. How big are your cookies?
Our regular size cookies are approximately 4”-5” diameter. Our smaller cookies are approximately 1-1/2””-3”. Cookies sizes variety depending on the cookie shape.
