- Choose the cookie selection that fits your budget, or have us design custom cookies per your specifications.
- Send us a list of the names, addresses and the date you would like the cookies to arrive.
- Let us know what greeting you would like on the enclosure card with each shipment.
We’ll do the rest!
- Fresh-bake your order, hand-design your cookies to your specifications in our finest chocolate.
- Carefully package your order in our signature gift box with satin bow for our Cookie Delights or create a beautiful cookie bouquet for your recipients. Each cookie in a cookie bouquet will be individually wrapped for freshness and arranged beautifully in a ceramic container, then packaged carefully for shipping.
- Ship your order(s) to your list of clients, customers and/or employees.
- Provide a tracking number for each shipment for your reference.
Ordering: Orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. We require 48 hours to process and complete your order, as we bake fresh for every order.
Shipping: We ship via United States Postal Service, which will take 2-3 business days or Speedee Delivery (MN, WI, IL, IA, ND, SD, NE and portions of MO) which takes 1-2 business days. We ship nationwide. Local delivery for Duluth orders. Between April 1 to October 15, we will package your order with insulated bubble wrap and ice gel packs to guarantee freshness. Local Delivery is available in the Duluth area for an additional fee.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of the confirmation of your order. Once payment is received, we will proceed with the production of your logo and custom cookie cutter, if required for your order. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or company check. *Government or Educational institutes are required to provide a purchase order when placing your order.
Cancellation: Cancellation will be honored prior to one (1) week of the due date. After the 7th day before due date, 50% of the order will be refunded. Set up fee, custom logos, additional samples and any custom cookie cutter fees will not be refunded and payment for these custom items will be charged.
